Mastering Physical Therapy with Expertise and Precision

Dr. Larissa Bravo is a Physical Therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated in 2015. She holds nearly a decade of professional experience and is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. Dr. Bravo is uniquely certified in dry needling from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy and has special training in treating TMJ disorders, enhancing her broad spectrum of patient care capabilities.
Before her professional path in physical therapy, Dr. Bravo spent six years in the Air Force Reserves, gaining skills in discipline and resilience, and later, extensive wellness training at the University of Central Florida Wellness Center. These experiences laid the groundwork for her holistic approach to care.
Dr. Bravo owns and operates a solo practice that emphasizes personalized, holistic patient care. She offers one-on-one sessions in a private setting, integrating physical rehabilitation with lifestyle and psychological support to ensure comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. Her approach not only aims to regain lost physical function but also to maintain and enhance it over the long term.
Her personal journey from overcoming significant weight challenges as a child to achieving health through lifestyle changes deeply influences her empathy and patient care, especially for those who are neurodivergent or similarly struggling.
Beyond professional life, Dr. Bravo is an avid traveler and martial artist, practicing Shotokan and American Kenpo Karate, which complement her dedication to physical health and discipline. Her practice is a beacon of inclusive care, welcoming all individuals and embodying the principles of resilience, empowerment, and holistic health. She is more than a therapist; she is a mentor, advocate, and partner in her patients’ journeys toward better health.
